I work with children who may be struggling with overwhelming emotions, frequent outbursts, or behaviors that feel troubling to them and their families. Using play therapy, I create a warm and supportive space where children can safely express what they often cannot put into words. Play becomes the language through which feelings are translated and understood, allowing children to feel seen and supported. Alongside this, I partner with parents to help them better understand their child’s inner world, make sense of challenging behaviors, and find new ways to connect. This collaborative process strengthens the parent-child relationship and lays the foundation for growth, resilience, and deeper connection at home.
