Compassionate Psychotherapy for
Children, Parents, and Adults seeking support and healing.
Meet CARIN
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to share our story and see our lives with new clarity. My own journey as both a mother and therapist has shaped my passion for helping children, parents, and adults reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
In my work, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental presence — a space where children can be understood, parents can feel supported, and adults can explore new paths forward. My hope is to walk alongside each person with trust, care, and curiosity, so lasting change and connection become possible.
Healing happens in relationship. Therapy offers a place to be truly seen and understood, where even long-buried feelings can rise to the surface with gentleness and care. Like water finding its way through stone, the process takes time, patience, and trust. My commitment is to walk alongside you with presence and curiosity, helping you discover new pathways toward growth and wholeness.
A note about the journey
Specializing in
-
I work with adults who are ready to look inward and find a new path forward. In a safe, supportive space, we explore together so that greater freedom and clarity can emerge.
-
I work with children experiencing big feelings, outbursts, or troubling behaviors. Through play therapy, I create a warm, supportive space and help translate those feelings into understanding. I also guide parents in making sense of behaviors so they can connect more deeply with their child.
-
I provide consultation and ongoing support for parents who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck in their parenting journey. Together, we explore new approaches, strengthen connection, and create more ease at home. My goal is to help parents feel supported, understood, and confident as they navigate the challenges of raising children.
"It is in playing and only in playing that the individual child or adult is able to be creative and to use the whole personality, and it is only in being creative that the individual discovers the self."
